Estimates
Estimates are free and are based on what can be seen when the ground is walked. If conditions turn out to be different once work starts — rock, springs, buried material, unmarked lines — the work and the price are discussed with you before anything continues.
Scheduling and weather
Ground work depends on weather and ground conditions. Dates are given in good faith and can move when the ground is saturated or unsafe to work.
Underground lines
Public utilities are located through 811 before digging. Private lines — septic, wells, irrigation, unmarked power to outbuildings — are the property owner's to point out, as they do not show on a standard locate.
Access and property
Equipment and trucks need a route in. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted before it is done.
Text messages
Texts are only sent to people who ticked the consent box on the estimate form. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies.
