How we work
Most land jobs get split between a clearing outfit, a grading contractor and whoever puts the stone down. Three schedules, three invoices, and a drainage problem nobody owns.
We run the whole sequence — clearing, cut, drainage, base and finish — which is the only way the water actually gets handled properly. The drainage is designed while the drive is being cut, not sold to you afterwards when it washes.
McKinley Sitton quotes the work and is on site. If something needs looking at again, you are calling the person who built it.
