What this site collects

If you fill in the estimate form, we receive the name, phone number, email address, job address and job details you type into it. That information is used to contact you about your enquiry and to quote the work. Nothing else.

Text messages

If you tick the consent box on the form, M&S Land Management may text you about your estimate, appointment scheduling, project updates and service-related matters. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of getting an estimate.

Who sees your details

M&S Land Management, and the software used to receive and store enquiries. Your details are not sold, rented or passed to anyone for marketing. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

How long it is kept

Enquiry details are kept as long as needed to quote and carry out work, and to keep normal business records afterwards.

Your choices

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Call the number on this site and it will be handled.

Cookies
